General Information:

1. Registrations Open on January 1st 

2. Registrations Close on March 1st 

3. A REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR EACH CHILD PARTICIPATING.

4. FEES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

5. Regular season starts the week of April 17th & finishes on May 23rd , 2025.

6. Knothole season starts the week of April 28th & finishes May 23, 2025.

7. There will be a $125 cap for families that have 3 or more players participating in the Knothole, Minors, & Juniors Divisions. Registrations for the Seniors & Majors are excluded from the family cap discount and must pay the full fee.

8. There will be a $25 per player late fee for anyone registering after March 1st & the family discount will not apply for late registrations.  No registrations will be accepted after March 15th.

9. Requests for specific teams, teammates, or coaches will not be guaranteed.

10. If you would like to make a donation to help pay registration fees for players not able to do so, please do so.

11. The UVYA is run entirely by volunteers.  Please be willing to help out if asked to do so.

12. Age determined by the age of the player on May 1st.
